I love to use push ups along with other body weight exercises, as a dynamic finisher in a lot of my work outs. I push myself and do as many as I can. My max has been 40 for the longest time. I wanted to increase that number to at least 50. I focused on my chest and arms for one week. It also helped to post a fun challenge on facebook. So with that challenge and my desire to see how many I could really do, I blew my goal of 50 out of the water...
Thanks to all who pushed me! You can acheive anything you set your mind to... here is proof!
My next challege will be to increrase my Chin ups! stay tuned...
