ReplyDeleteFree stuff motivates me! Oh and being a good, healthy example for my kids and those around me is very motivating.
ReplyDeleteWell it used to be my kids and bad blood sugars but now I am needing even more motivation. I know that sounds bad but I think I am needing to find an eating plan that I can start seeing some better results for some motivation to keep me going! I love the video's, they are helping me alot!
ReplyDeleteI follow your blog and just LIKEd your new FB page :)
ReplyDeleteSuccess is the greatest motivator for me. When I'm doing well it fuels my drive to want to do even better.
My daily motivation comes from my belief that people can change--that I can change. I can change my habits, I can do hard things!! Real, lasting change doesn't happen overnight, and slow steady progress can sometimes be discouraging. So every day when I wake up, or every time I start a workout, I tell myself that I am changing--I am becoming that strong person that I want to be!
ReplyDeleteHelping a friend spread the word motivates me!!
ReplyDeletehaha i like michelles answer! free stuff motivates me too! being a good example to my kids is the most motivating factor to me. i am one proud mama when they make good healthy choices :) also seeing how hard other busy moms, with more kids and things going on than me ( like you!) work toward being fit and healthy. i would so much rather see strong, healthy women than skinny weak girls!
ReplyDeleteI follow your blog and like your facebook page. My motivation is my hubby-he exercies daily. Denise Jorgensen
ReplyDeleteAlready did1&2 :). Seeing others work hard to achieve their goals motivates me to work hard myself!
ReplyDeleteCompleted one and two..I am a nurse in a Long Term Care Facility...and I see the outcome of a hard life lived...my memories of me before I was chubby motivate me..I remember when I looked in the mirror and didn't think twice about my weight...when I liked trying clothes on and when I knew I looked good...one day I will be that person again.
ReplyDeleteHello! I have some new motivation. We finally got approval to get sealed! Now I need to lose some weight so our pictures are awesome!
ReplyDeleteWhen I am working out and having a hard time the thing that motivates me is continually telling myself "I want to be a before and after picture, I want to be a before and after picture" It helps me visualize my goal and pushes me through a tough workout. It also helps me from cheating on my diet!.
